- First, all makeup in the eye area is creme foundation or Blue Jazz Luster Creme
Powdered with Blue Jazz Luster Powder - Second, all other areas are created one color at a time by painting on that color of
Liquid Latex, allowing it to dry, and then dusting on and pressing into the dried latex
either Powdered Glitter or Luster Powder. The results are limited only by your
imagination.

designs where the limit is the imagination and the canvas is the skin. Keep out of hair and
clothing or any cloth surfaces. If applying to skin areas where hair is present, (not ideal), apply
